Black Friday. Black Heroes. by Sarah Paulsen
This project was started up around Black Friday. It celebrates Black activists, artists, scientists, astronauts, teachers, and writers through a series of portraits. It is an uplifting and positive project done by multiple artist in the Ferguson and the St. Louis area. This type of positive community building wont be broadcast by the media so I decided to share a few portraits here. Hopefully you enjoy. If I didn’t credit the correct artist, feel free to message me. Cheers!
Edit:If you are interested in creating your own portrait, message me. I will put you in contact with the artist involved in this project.
